Position: Senior Engineer - Procurement

- Collaborate with international & local vendors / manufacturers to procure materials related to civil ( construction & Finishes) , equipment's and systems. Knowledge of Global Markets to identify cost effective solution while maintain quality standards as per company's SOPs.
- Monitor market trends, alternative materials, and innovations in construction and interiors.
- Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Maintain vendor database and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate Contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize procurement outcomes.
- Collaborate with project, engineering, and design teams to understand material requirements and timelines.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to create MIS reports when required. Monitor project budgets, track expenses and implement cost saving measures.
- Familiarity with sustainable sourcing and cost control practices.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba would be added advantage.
