Collaborate with international & local vendors / manufacturers to procure materials related to civil ( construction & Finishes) , equipment's and systems. Knowledge of Global Markets to identify cost effective solution while maintain quality standards as per company's SOPs.
Monitor market trends, alternative materials, and innovations in construction and interiors.
Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Maintain vendor database and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Negotiate Contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize procurement outcomes.
Collaborate with project, engineering, and design teams to understand material requirements and timelines.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to create MIS reports when required. Monitor project budgets, track expenses and implement cost saving measures.
Familiarity with sustainable sourcing and cost control practices.
