Position: Junior Engineer - Estimation

- Study of tender documents including drawings, specifications, and particular specifications.
- Send enquiries for the subcontract items and follow up with the vendor to obtain the quotes.
- Detailed study of the drawings and calculate the quantities based on the drawings and specifications provided.
- Site visit to check about the implication on the prices.
- Will prepare the Tender Query based on the site visit, lack of information in the drawings or missing specifications.
- Prepare Bill of Quantity
- Quantity take-off for the entire project in CostX or Planswift.
