▪ Establishing a quality system throughout the company in line with the current ISO 9001 standard by working together with all departments and personnel involved. 

▪ Provide management representatives function in implementing ISO 9001 quality system within the company.

 ▪ Motivation and training in documentation of the quality system to all personnel involved in the effective implementation of the system. 

▪ Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of the implementation of quality systems with Vice President periodically to identify and implement improvement to the business. 

▪ Ensuring that the Departmental Heads identify training needs of personnel working under them and organize training to be conducted periodically to suit the needs. 

▪ Planning, organizing and conducting internal, external, surveillance and follow-up audits for verifying effective implementation of the quality system, project quality plan, reporting to the Vice President and ensuring that the systems defects revealed by the audits are resolved by appropriate Departmental Heads.

 ▪ Assessing need for each new project and developing project quality control plans and assigning QA/QC staff on full time or visiting basis.

 ▪ Effective supervision of QA/QC department staff assigned to various sections and project sites.

 ▪ Conduct management review meetings for the business units and follow up with the actions noted. 

▪ Ensure suppliers/subcontractors evaluation is carried out. 

▪ Conducting audits on suppliers and subcontractors if required.

 ▪ Updating the quality system manual and the procedures to meet the current ISO 9001 requirements and certification to the new standard.

 ▪ Conduct ongoing review of systems within the company as per management requirements to develop and implement systems.

 ▪ Perform all activities in compliance with the company health, safety and environmental management system and quality system. ▪ Carry out trend of NCRs and observations from audit and project NCRs. 

▪ Set up company quality objectives & targets for business units and monitor/follow-up the effective implementations.

 ▪ Comply with and implement the local laws and client requirements related to health, safety and environmental aspects at workplace as per the bestowed authority and responsibility.
