  1. Overall responsibility for the administration and monitoring of TR to ensure discipline, general maintenance, safety and welfare of employees residing wherein.
  2. Transfer of Technicians accommodation as and when required.
  3. Prepare Material requisition for maintenance, construction, cleaning items, etc. and forward to Camp Manager & Senior Manager - Accommodation Facilities for review and further processing.
  4. Prepare monthly report of village accommodation status for TR Manager’s review. 
  5. Arrange transport for shopping on Fridays and public holidays.
  6. Ensure to implement the corrective and preventative actions recommended from audit reports.
  7. To conduct room wise physical scrutiny monthly once and forward it to Camp Manager / senior Manager Accommodation Facilities.
  8. Attend to and solve general complaints of residents. 
  9. Contribute for the overall improvement in the living standards of the accommodations.
  10. Perform all activities in compliance with the Company Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (HSEMS) and local laws,
  11. Inspect and ensure TR is neat & tidy.
  12. Conduct periodical inspection to each room for finding out discrepancy if any.
  13. Maintain occupancy list and forward daily base to review.
  14. Supervise and oversee the catering operation of the TR.
  15. To ensure hygienic standard in meals serving area.
  16. Track / update meals consumer list and forward to Camp Manager / Senior Manager as and when required.
  17. Timely report TR related issues / incidents / Breach of security, eruption of any Contagious diseases, food poisoning and other causalities to relevant / health authorities and Line Manager immediately by phone and email for further action.
  18. To monitor daily absenteeism and forward the report to management.
  19. Must attend Emergency cases: Security breach cases, medical emergencies, Fire emergencies when required.
  20. Any illegal activities noticed, immediately report to Line Manager by phone and email for further action.
