JOB PURPOSE:
To source and retain an outstanding workforce and focus on ongoing quest to discover talent, provide administrative assistance and maintain databases with candidate information.
Develop & execute recruitment plans across the organization.
Assist the Hiring Managers / HODs in conducting and scheduling telephonic, virtual and in-person interviews of qualified candidates.
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the company and its other entities.
Assist in onboarding new hires, conduct reference checks, complete new hire paperwork, update new hire information in the company tracker.
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source; develop talent pool or social engagements.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for available vacancies.
Actively participate in campus recruiting programs and employment events, such as career fairs.
Maintain relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms to ensure optimum quality of workforce.
Perform all other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by General Manager - TA.
