POSITION TITLE: HR Executive of HR Operations, Audit and Governance  

REPORTS TO: General Manager HR Operations

POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs a variety of Human Resources Personnel-Related duties including but not limited to maintaining the People Strong Database, Staff Out-Process, and all employee personnel files and scanned records. Process all payroll and non-payroll transactions related to exclusions and enter data on the HRIS system. Provide clear communication to internal and external enquiries at all times.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares and processes Peoplestrong HRIS on a daily basis with changes and updates for all payroll-related activities such as transfers, terminations, and resignations.
  • Handles entire Out-Process from staff resignation, clearance, insurance cancellation, visa cancellation, and final settlement.
  • Conducts exit interview meetings with staff to explore concerns.
  • Prepares KPI reports related to the time taken to release the final settlement.
  • Assists in managing the Work Force Scheduler by ensuring rostering, overtime approvals, and on-call approval are properly done and there are no violations in the system.
  • Records, registers, and files all documents, correspondence, etc.
  • Assists in the staff orientation presentation given to new joiners.
  • Prepares experience letters for ex-employees.
  • Maintains the neatness and organization of personnel files and filing cabinets.
  • Assists in preparing monthly HR reports by using ad hoc reporting on-line statistics.
  • Ensures adherence to Sobha and UAE Labor law policies and procedures by checking personnel actions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous Personnel and Payroll experience
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Department policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
  • Strong experience in HRMR /HRIS /Automation
  • Previous experience in a Manufacturing establishment is an advantage
